Anderson A – 1908
BB Gazette Vol.16 No.7 – The Brigade’ Executive have awarded the Cross for Heroism to Private Archibald Anderson (13), 1st Bridge-of-Allan Company, for saving a Boy from drowning in the river Allan, on 14th August, 1907.
Newspaper reports from May 1908 indicate that Archibald Anderson may have conducted another rescue shortly after being awarded the BB Cross for Heroism.
