The Boys’ Brigade Archive Trust is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy sets out our data processing practices and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions in relation to our Online Shop.

When you place an order on our online shop we will ask for your name, billing & delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, and your credit or debit card details. We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not keep a copy of your credit or debit card details on any of our systems and this is why you will be asked to add the details at each point of sale.

How does The Boys’ Brigade Archive Trust protect customer information?

We will process personal data securely by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data is kept secure. We will ensure the level of security we use is appropriate to the risks arising out of the processing.

How we share information

Where data is being processed by a third party service provider, we will carry out due diligence on that company to make sure they have adequate data protection standards and processes. Heritage is the newsletter of The Boys’ Brigade Archives. Volumns 1 and 2 were published in print form by the BB Archive Members Association. Volumn 3 onwards is a digital newsletter sent to supporters of the BB Archives monthly.
